A separate women’s quota exists: Punjab (4), Sindh Urban (1), Sindh Rural (1), KPK (1), Balochistan (1). A non-Muslim quota is also reserved for Punjab (2) and Gilgit-Baltistan (1). Non-Muslim seats are exclusive to non-Muslim candidates; all other seats are open to everyone on merit.
Eligibility Requirements
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
Candidates must have passed Matric (any stream, Science or Arts). In addition, a computer typing speed of 30 words per minute in English is required. Candidates who have knowledge of MS Office will be given preference, though it is not a mandatory condition. Selected candidates will be required to complete an IT training course from NITB after joining.

Driver
Candidates must have passed Primary level education, hold a valid driving licence, and must have a sound knowledge of traffic rules.
Mali, Chowkidar, and Sanitary Worker
Only Primary level education is required for these posts. No additional skills or tests are needed.
Test and Selection Process
Who Has a Written Test?
Only LDC (BPS-11) candidates will sit for a written test. Drivers, Malis, Chowkidars, and Sanitary Workers will not have a written paper, they will only go through a practical test and interview.
LDC Written Test Syllabus

How to Apply Online – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Open the official MES website

Step 7: Enter educational qualifications
Click on “Matric” and enter your details, subject group (Science or Arts), marks obtained, total marks, and the board from which you appeared. If you have additional qualifications such as a diploma or higher degree, you may enter those as well. Click “Next”.
Step 8: Enter experience details and submit
If you have any relevant work experience, enter the details. If you have no experience, simply click “Next” to complete and submit your application.
